POLIPOM (Delrin) is a plastic obtained through formaldehyde polymerization. The highly crystalline structure of oxygen and methylene groups in it provides high hardness and durability even without the addition of any reinforcing material - structure. Resistant to alkalis and hot water.
Resistant to most common organic solvents, petroleum products and mineral oils. Superior durability, elasticity (springing), hardness are some of the dimensional stability properties.
